About Scientific Society of Veterinary Medicine Students

“The Scientific Society of Veterinary Medicine Students is an initiative led by students. It was established and has been active (with a short break) since 1927! The Society is composed of individuals who are interested in expanding their knowledge acquired during their studies. The Society’s activities depend largely on the creativity, ingenuity, and diligence of its members. In accordance with their interests, they establish relevant sections and define research tasks.

The Annual Review of the Achievements of Scientific Societies at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and the distinctions obtained therein are a source of great satisfaction for those involved in the Society’s activities. The specialized knowledge, organizational skills, and experience gained in conducting research are often very helpful in future professional careers.
