Project results
Aimed at enhancing competencies in communication and working with younger generations of students, including those representing Generation Z. The implementation of the training contributes to the improvement of the quality of education, increased student satisfaction, and the creation of an inclusive academic environment.
For the dean’s office staff, this program aims to develop the competencies necessary for serving international students. The workshops will be led by specialists in intercultural communication and client relationship management.
Implemented by creating a platform that supports mentor-mentee relationships between international alumni and international students at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. Recruitment for the program will be conducted via the newly created “Internships – The Bridge of Generations” app, where students will be able to select a mentor based on professional profiles and interests. Mentors, who are alumni with experience in various fields of veterinary medicine, will provide academic, professional, and personal support, sharing their knowledge and practical advice.
New position of the Coordinator for the Adaptation of Support Processes for International Students with special needs within the BOND Office. This result supports the creation of an accessible and inclusive academic environment, strengthening SGGW’s position as an institution that is open to the needs of all students.
